Since 2017, Hype Supplyy has gained thousands of followers worldwide who support them through their Instagram store. They post daily specials and give buyers an inside look at their warehouse and fulfillment center. All of their products are sourced from reliable suppliers and guaranteed authentic. Before Inventoryy

Before using Inventoryy, Hype Supplyy manually tracked all their orders through spreadsheets. Each day they would go through their inventory to recount products to make sure they didn't oversell. Employees manually listed all their products on Shopify and Instagram for customers to purchase. This was a tedious process that took over 40 hours each week to maintain. The Challenge

These issues included overselling products, tracking costs and profits, and simply not having a real-time inventory count to provide their customers. With all these issues combined, Hype Supplyy knew they were missing out on sales and possibly losing money on items they overpaid for. They used spreadsheets but were not able to accurately track their overall cost per product and needed a barcoding system that would sync their products, website, and warehouse operations.

 

The Solution 

Hype Supplyy found Inventoryy on Instagram and reached out to them to try their software. Inventoryy began by helping the Hype Supplyy team organize their entire catalog. This included every shoe, size, color, and available variation in the market. Using the custom Inventoryy barcoding system, Hype Supplyy was able to scan in their products for every new purchase order they received. This saved them over 20 hours each week from their previous manual processes. 

 

After the purchase orders were added, Hype Supplyy now has an accurate inventory count they could provide their customers. They use the stock count module to create custom inventory lists and send them directly to their customers. Once their customers send back their wholesale orders, they create an invoice through Inventoryy and send it directly to them. This process automatically removes the inventory from their stock count so they never have to worry about overselling again.

Hype Supplyy continues to expand its social media presence on Instagram and other channels. Soon, they plan on launching a B2B website for businesses to purchase inventory in bulk. This will allow their current customers to access special pricing and available inventory before they sell out. The Hype Supplyy team continues expanding into new sales channels and product categories based on customer demands.
